When was the last time you reviewed and updated your
business plan? Here are a few points to consider:
Write it yourself. You should know all the details.
Think out five or more years. Where do you want the business
to go? How do you get it there?
Share the plan and seek inputs from others who can help you
get where you want the business to go.
Understand that the plan is just that…a plan, and plans
change as circumstances change. So review and update your plan often.
